Civil Engineer

Description:Client is seeking multiple Civil Engineers/Designers. This position reports directly to the Project Manager and/or Detroit Market Lead. They have have 3 different local metro Detroit offices, and these positions could sit out of any of them based on where they live. They have a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Will be performing design, engineering calculations, and reports, do site visits, support permit application, construction assistance, and evaluates land use and zoning requirements. Will use AutoCAD daily for the design work and will be taught Civil 3D if they don't have experience. Will mainly support private sector projects, but could also support some city projects when needed.
