Client Coordinator

We're looking for a Client Coordinator to be responsible for client planning and the inner workings of client accounts! What you’ll do here Participate in the Client strategic planning process to collect, refine, and interpret Client marketing solutions.Translate the Client’s needs and directs internal cross-functional departments on Client expectations.Investigates and resolve issues for job-related tasks, and owns the escalation of issues as appropriate until resolved.Effectively collaborate with Clients and internal partners to find a mutual solution, and communicates and positions information on challenging situations to the Client and/or Sales.Collect, compile and enter data into multiple systems and maintain client-specific reports.​
