We are committed to promoting diversity in the workplace, and believe it has a positive effect on our company and the customers we serve.Job Summary The responsibilities of the Cloud Architect include optimizing the current hybrid multi-cloud infrastructure, improving CI/CD operations, supporting software product innovation, and setting the direction for integrating information technology applications and services. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director, Technology - Cloud Service, the Cloud Architect is responsible for developing, documenting, communicating, and implementing overall architecture models, patterns, proofs-of-concept, and technology roadmap components aligned with company s business goals/strategy. • Work with leadership and key business stakeholders evaluating trends and opportunities to establish data roadmaps
• Establish, document, and continuously modernize application development and SecDevOps standards/patterns in coordination with IT Leadership
• Review/inspect and analyze designs and code to ensure technical solutions align with architectural standards as well as business goals and objectives
• Plan and implement new solution architectures by rapidly identifying concept, strategy, and target audience, preparing prototypes and/or mockups following company methodologies and practices
• Engage with internal development teams to guide, inform, and influence architectural alignment
• Design and document multi-layered solution architecture based on customer needs, incorporating business, application, data, and infrastructure designs
• Support build or buy recommendations and the development of prototype architecture solutions
• Provide thought leadership in emerging technologies to the Product, Architecture, and IT Leadership teams as needed
• Provide technical direction to project teams to ensure appropriate and cost-effective application of approved technologies
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, methodologies, processes, and best practices
• Act as a technical advisor and point of escalation during epic lifecycles and analysis, as needed
• Participate in the development/delivery of cross-functional product/services by identifying alternative solutions and recommending new approaches

• Abide by the policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct of the company.
• Handle personal information ( PI ) that pertains to any individual (e.g., leads, dealers, employees, job applicants, etc.) in accordance with Client s Privacy Policy and public facing privacy statements on Client managed websites.
• Complete any required training.
• Promptly report any known or suspected loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of PI to the General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer or Chief Information Officer.
• Adhere to the company s compliance program.
• Safeguard the company s intellectual property, information, and assets.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Multi-disciplined experience within an IT environment (10+ years), ideally with Digital Marketing/Advertising (2+ years)
• IT architecture experience (6+ years)
• Cloud platform experience (3+ years)
• Relational Database experience (3+ years)
• Agile software development and implementation of CI/CD automation tools and pipelines (3+ years)
• Demonstrable experience across wide range of languages, databases, and technologies such as:
• Java, .NET and object-oriented design; JavaScript and popular JS frameworks: ExpressJS, AngularJS, NodeJS, JQuery; CSS, JSON, HTML5, and REST/SOAP Web Services
• PostgreSQL, SQL Server/AzureDB, MySQL, MongoDB, Hadoop/Databricks and/or BigQuery, Cassandra/NoSQL, etc.
• Critical infrastructure technologies and concepts including containers, cloud computing, load balancing, clustering, scalable architectures, hosted services, multi-tenant cloud infrastructures, storage systems and content delivery networks
• Supporting product teams following Pragmatic or Product Driven Organization (PDO) concepts.
• Big Data experience, a plus
• Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM / Experience Manager, Target, Launch, Audience Manager and/or Campaign Manager) a plus.

• Proficient in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and modern code repositories (git, etc.).

• Bachelor s Degree from a four-year college or university in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Solutions Architect Certification from Google Google Cloud Platform, Amazon AWS, or Azure highly preferred
• ScrumMaster, Agilist or SAFe certification a plus
