Communication

Development of internal communications for Purchasing and cross-functional counterparts

Development of internal communications for leadership

Review and refinement of content developed by the team

Support the team with engaging end-user communications and strategies, staying aligned with I- ERP branding

Provide input and support with the Tek Talks podcast, including scripting and logistics

Help to deliver the external and public communications strategies and communications along with the I-ERP OrgCM teams

Support other tasks deemed critical by the Supply chain Communications and/or the I-ERP Leadership team

Flexible team player willing to wear many hats and/or support multiple areas of the project.

You must be curious in nature, unafraid to learn, ready to make difficult decisions, and be passionate about creating tomorrow for global Purchasing.

Training

Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and update training curriculum for various IERP courses

Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webex, both in-person and virtually, to diverse audiences

Develop training materials such as presentations, exercises, and assessments to support the learning process and provide comprehensive resources for course participants.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts to continuously improve the training materials and overall program quality.

You’ll have…

Bachelor’s Degree

3+ years’ experience with Purchasing systems

3+ years’ experience in delivering effective training programs, utlizing enterprise software such as SAP

1+ year of experience with Microsoft office products

Experience contributing and/or leading a team in a fast-paced atmosphere

Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary and/or global teams

Creative problem-solving and communication skills

Proactive and self-driven with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail

Strong presentation skills, including written and speaking capabilities

High energy, enthusiasm, and a desire to make a difference
