Community Maintenance Technician: No Experience Required

Compensation: Based on experience (hourly pay $15-$17)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is hardworking, takes pride in their work, and can learn quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

-Perform general maintenance, repairs, and preventive upkeep throughout the property

-Turn units efficiently between move-outs and new move-ins

-Complete unit renovations in line with schedule

-Maintain common areas, grounds, and property curb appeal

Qualifications:

-Previous maintenance experience preferred, but not required

-Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems

-Strong communication and customer service skills

-Reliable transportation

Schedule & Pay:

-Full-time or part-time position available

-Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility

-Competitive hourly pay based on experience
