Concrete finisher - experience needed - hiring now

We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Concrete Finisher with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in concrete finishing. This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated crew working on a variety of commercial and residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete, such as floors, sidewalks, roads, or curbs

Operate a variety of hand and power tools including trowels, edgers, floats, and screeds

Set forms to ensure correct slope and depth

Apply curing compounds or waterproofing materials

Patch voids and use saws to cut expansion joints

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized job site

Work in coordination with other crew members and supervisors

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in concrete finishing

Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques

Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions

Comfortable working in various outdoor weather conditions

Physically able to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods

Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with both commercial and residential concrete projects
