LONG-TERM CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY FOR A BUSINESS ANALYST in DETROIT, MI. THIS IS A W-2 EXEMPT POSITION.

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANTThe IPRM Business Analyst will be responsible for multiple Business Office functions, including Resource Management, Financial Management, and management of contracts, POs and vendors. Financial/Resource Management
  • Support monthly forecast process
  • Work with Project Managers to create/maintain accurate financial budgets
  • Perform variance analysis
  • Manage and coordinate monthly close activities with IT Finance
  • Communicate budget/resource status to managers and directors

Contract, PO and Vendor Management
  • Support contract renewal and development activities
  • Support PO creation, monitoring, renewal and expiration activities
  • Support invoice processing as needed
  • Support Vendor relations and development activities

Additional
  • Drive automation and process improvement across all areas

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • At least 2 years of IT/Project Management experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experienced with quality assurance / process improvement methodologies
  • Minimum Bachelors degree
  • Plus: Excel, Power BI, Powerpoint skills
