- 100% remote until after October, then will transition to a hybrid schedule of 3-4 days on-site in the Detroit office and 1-2 days remote (Open to fully remote for the right candidate)
- 14+ month Contract Opportunity with solid pay and benefit eligibility - client has the option to offer a direct hire/FTE position
- Support monthly forecast process
- Work with Project Managers to create/maintain accurate financial budgets
- Perform variance analysis
- Manage and coordinate monthly close activities with IT Finance
- Communicate budget/resource status to managers and directors
- Support contract renewal and development activities
- Support PO creation, monitoring, renewal and expiration activities
- Support invoice processing as needed
- Support Vendor relations and development activities
- Drive automation and process improvement across all areas
- At least 2 years of IT/Project Management experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experienced with quality assurance / process improvement methodologies
- Minimum Bachelors degree
- Plus: Excel, Power BI, Powerpoint skills
