Job Title: Controls EngineerJob DescriptionScope:You will be responsible for the controls programming, troubleshooting, and debugging of the body assembly line. These aspects of the body shop assembly line are on the client's manufacturing floor and must be run/commissioned to ensure they work correctly. You will then break down and install them at the client, E&E in Tennessee.You will work in Warren from October to December to ensure everything works correctly, including startup, commissioning, debugging, and resolving any issues. In December, you will start to tear down the body shop line and ship it to the E&E plant in Tennessee. From January to March, you will be in Tennessee to install and provide production support.Hours:Expect to work 40-50 hours per week while for build/commissioning. During the installation in Tennessee, anticipate 40-65 hours per week.Travel:There will be little to no travel from October to December. Starting in January, you will be in Tennessee for the installation of the robots for the body assembly line. You can return to Michigan every 2-3 weeks, possibly every other weekend, depending on the installation progress. Travel, food, and lodging will be paid for.Hard Skills

You will collaborate with various PLC and Robot engineers on projects and may assist junior programmers in fieldwork.
