DescriptionJob Summary:Functions as a resource person for patients, families, and healthcare staff in any patient care situation that involves patient problems, questions, complaints, or concerns. Accountable for grievance resolution process. Assists with the implementation of Customer Service Programs.Responsibilitie s:Promotes and ensures patient rights through ongoing communication between patients, families, visitors and our multidisciplinary team members.

Intake of customer complaints, conducts interviews to clarify concerns, coordinates team members to achieve successful resolution of complaints.

Conducts patient visits, rounds frequently, and initiates surveys to assess the overall patient experience and status of specific facility-related problems.

Prepares, audits, analyzes and distributes various reports and logs related to patient concerns and incidents.

Assists with development and maintenance of Customer Service Programs.

QualificationsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree.

Experience in the customer service industry.

Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
