Clover Consulting has a direct client in Grand Rapids, MI in need of a CRM Business Analyst. This is a HYBRID REMOTE position with 2 days per week required onsite in Grand Rapids, MI. Term of this contract position is 12 months with great chance of multi-year extensions.
CRM Business Analyst - This will be a hybrid position. Onsite days will be Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.What do we need: We are looking for a CRM Business Analyst to understand and ingest business logic into meaningful connections with the technical and product teams. In this role you will work with our business partners to gather business requirements that will facilitate business case development, improved business processes, application development, and support. Who we need:The CRM Business Analyst’s primary objective is to guide technology solutions by determining the requirements of a project or program and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators, and partners. In this role, you will gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements, help define scope, and align objectives to the features/functions of the implemented systems. You will work closely with technical resources to gain a deep understanding of technical dependencies and system interactions. Your role will also assist in identifying process improvements and participating in solutions testing to contribute to the overall quality delivery of our solutions. Success in This Role Looks Like- You deliver business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, business process models with limited supervision and oversight.

- Understand, document, and collaboratively reimagine business processes.
- Document all functional/non-functional business requirements that impact integrations, dependencies, configuration, and development efforts.
- Develop, maintain, and leverage strong relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related experience.
- At least 3 years of experience working in technology or in a business analyst type role.
- Ability to define and develop business cases for email marketing campaigns.
- Ability to take a topic of higher complexity and break it into topics that are digestible by technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent oral, interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
- Proactive & independent – always looking for ways to take initiative and improve existing processes.
- Working knowledge of customer business processes, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to partner with customers to define and map business processes and business technology needs.
- Good problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to define and develop business cases for technology innovations.
