Position Details:

Employment Type: Full Time, 1st Shift

Compensation: $54,000 per year

Managerial Responsibilities:

-Schedule and conduct customer visits to address needs promptly.

-Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries from customers and staff.

-Ensure team members meet safety, quality, and budget goals.

-Oversee adherence to the quality program and regulatory compliance.

-Collaborate with the recruiting team for hiring and onboarding.

Desired Qualifications:

-At least 3 years of management experience with effective leadership skills.

-Proficient in various software applications for task management.

-Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

-Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

-Excellent problem-solving abilities.
