Product development coordination from initial Kick Off meeting through Start of Production; track and control project-KPI’s
Following Bosch and industry development processes
Hosting weekly internal and customer meetings
Management of OPLs (Open Topics) both internally and externally
Plant interface for product releases, updates etc
Project key customer interface
Cost Tracking/reporting
Develop continuous improvement projects for implementation
Ensure customer sample quality and timing
Prepare and present project status
Lead & develop project team
Perform lessons learned and final project review
Lead interdisciplinary project teams
Assure achievements of project objectives and targets
Project budgeting and control of project profit (EBIT optimization)
Manage interface between customer and project team
Responsible for project-specific decision-making
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree
5+ years professional experience
2+ years of automotive experience
Preferred:
Bosch experience
Strong project management and proven analytical problem-solving skills
Experiences in all project phases (initiation, planning, execution & control, closing)
Cross functional negotiation experience, extensive communication skills
Proven success in forward thinking to adapt in frequently changing demands and priorities with short deadlines
Ability to develop a winning strategy that solves customer objectives
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
Ability to think in concepts and in innovative ways; strategic and creative
Willingness to learn and develop new technical competencies
Able to break complex projects down into actionable elements
