Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative in the Energy/Natural Resources industry, to be based in Livonia, MI. The selected individual will be tasked with maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner Process customer applications meticulously, ensuring all information is correct Regularly update and maintain customer records, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date Handle customer accounts, monitoring for any irregularities or potential issues Take appropriate action on customer accounts when necessary, such as escalating issues or initiating corrective measures Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience Utilize the ST Microcontroller skill to enhance customer service delivery Ensure all activities are carried out onsite in accordance with company policies Provide administrative support to the assigned group as required.Requirements Possess strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service Ability to work onsite and collaborate with a diverse team Proficiency with ST Microcontroller and related technologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and colleagues Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly Must have a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting company objectives Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail Proficiency in English for effective communication Must legally be allowed to work in the given location Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the energy/natural resources industry, is beneficial but not required.
