We are seeking a Customer Service Scheduler to assist with appointment coordination, client support, and administrative scheduling tasks. This is a fully remote role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple schedules efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and confirm client appointments using online scheduling systems.

Assist customers with booking, rescheduling, or canceling appointments.

Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, and chat.

Resolve scheduling conflicts and provide alternative appointment options.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Prior experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative support is a plus but not required.

Proficiency in scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
