Job Description: As a member of the Data Services team, the business analyst will play a key role in ensuring the team s development efforts meet the needs of the end users. The business analyst will meet with various departments to investigate and learn, ask questions and create protocols to unearth business needs, and then coordinate with the team to meet delivery dates, according to scope. We are seeking someone with the following background:

More than four (4) years of experience working as a business analyst, preferably with experience in education or data management
Basic SQL and data modeling proficiency a plus
Experience using Azure DevOps (or similar tools)
Experience using Microsoft Visio or other diagramming tools for explaining relationships and process flows
Ability to think conceptually using strong analytical skills, successfully distill complex technical information into clear business language, and implement solutions to address business problems
Proven ability to effectively project manage multiple initiatives against established milestones and deliverables
Comfort working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
