Sentinel is looking for a Data Center Support Analyst to join our team and support the growing portfolio of Managed Services in Michigan. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, structured & organized approach, and be Customer Service oriented.

This is a full time opportunity located in Grand Rapids, Ann Arbor or Lansing MI.

Qualifications

3-5 years in a technical support role
Experience working with SolarWinds is a plus
Experience with VMware, Active Directory, Hyper V, and UCS are required
knowledge of EMC, NetApp, VBlock, Scale IO, HyperFlex
Exposure to Linux, Nexus and PowerShell would be preferred
The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
