- Having 5+ years of experience with multiple APM tools and extensive experience with Dynatrace and AppDynamics.
- Involved in all phases of software development life cycle including requirement gathering, requirement analysis, measuring analysis, measuring and providing estimates, design, coding, testing, deployment and maintenance.
- Extensive experience with AppDynamics and Dynatrace Implementations.
- Very strong in developing maintaining and monitoring computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems.
- Very strong in implementation using Dynatrace Managed.
- Used ServiceNow for Incident tracking and implementing changes for production and non – production environments.
- ServiceNow knowledge for tracking tickets in Dynatrace Implementation (preferred).
- Integrated Dynatrace with ServiceNow for incident tracking (preferred).
- Used Ansible for One Agent Automation deployment on various landscape technologies.
- Integrated cloud technologies like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure into Dynatrace for metric ingestion.
- Very strong in identifying bottleneck issues for any type of application using APM tools Like Dynatrace Managed/SAAS and AppDynamics.
- Worked on administrating log monitoring tools like Splunk, ELK also.
- Highly proficient in Working on Splunk dash boards using Splunk query language.
- Highly analytic problem solver, adept in coordinating and supervising the activities of technical staff to ensure the achievement of project goals.
