Make a connection with each driver and prevent / solve issues and concerns before they become a deal breaker to ensure maximum driver retention.

Job Duties

Compliance Monitoring

Coordinate local promotional events

Promote, track, and reward driver metrics

Coordinate in house events, breakfast events, Christmas Parties, Reward Banquets

Schedule and assist driver interviews
