eCommerce Insurance, Product Manager #Remote As an eCommerce Financing and Insurance Product Manager, you will create new top of funnel journeys to attract customers to our ecommerce experiences and create personalized upsell opportunities to drive higher attachment F&I rates. You will manage the vision, user experience, engineering execution, and delivery of Ford Credit ecommerce experiences customers expect to love. What you'll do
  • Drive a vision and develop product roadmaps, while delivering high quality and impactful launches through platform governance.
  • Work across organization to align and drive product adoption.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, UX, and other cross functional teams to create, drive, and deliver an innovative, compelling, and user-friendly experience to our customers.
  • Bridge gaps between traditional shopping experiences at dealer and online via ecommerce strategies.

You'll have
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business and/or Marketing
  • Automotive F&I hands on experience.
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience, with a focus on consumer experiences and ecommerce.
  • Experience in digital audience acquisition and ecommerce merchandising.
  • Track record of contributions to innovative, successful products and UI Platforms.
  • Effectiveness in working across organizational boundaries to define, manage and prioritize work.
  • Proficiency in leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions.

Even better, you may have
  • OEM Finance background is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of an organization.
  • Strong cross-functional relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfortable finding effective solutions to difficult problems.
  • Ability to effectively work across all levels of the organization to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Utilize your experience with using and/or leveraging APIs.
  • Strong executive presence and attention to detail.
  • Experience with managing products for software developers.
  • Experience leading with cross functional teams to execute a common objective.
  • Outcome oriented to deliver the product, evaluating the progress in each interaction.
  • Ability to work with multiple functional areas, including product ownership, engineering, user experience, and sales.
  • Deep understanding of online vehicle sales and eCommerce enablers.
