Responsibilities: - Design and Release Engineering for specific wire harnesses
- Support FSS Supplier 3D CAD package design data via Digital Buck / Catia and Team Center Engineering
- Support FSS Supplier 2D CAD manufacturing drawing design data via PDF and SharePoint
- Support P-Release with FSS Supplier Partner, and subsequent revisions
- Interface with Systems Engineering on logical and physical schematic development
- Utilize best design efficiencies for manufacturing, assembly, and failure mode avoidance practices
- Support Technical Design Reviews with Technical Leads
- Review pre-production vehicles for potential campaign items and assess warranty impact
- Participate in vehicle builds and lead resolution of issues (AIMS)
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in EDS wire harness rework and repair
- 3+ years functional knowledge of vehicle electrical system. Understands wire type/gauges, connectors/terminals, fuses, relays, coverings and routings
- Bachelors / Technical degree in Engineering / Design (preferred)

Education: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
