Electronic designer wanted for small project

Hello,

I am looking for a person or company to design and build an electronic control "box" which will turn on and off LED lights. The box will be battery powered and possibly controlled by a person's cell phone. If it looks like you can help me with this project we can work out the details of how the unit finally works.
