Job Title: Embedded Software Engineer - Body ControlsJob DescriptionJoin our Application SW team focused on Body Control Software, where we develop software for vehicle features like climate, starting, locking, lighting, alarms, windows, powered enclosures, and seats. As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the software in a body module. Your responsibilities will include generating functional requirements, managing change requests to the software design, delivering AutoSAR Classic software using Matlab Simulink and/or C code, defining software interfaces at the AutoSAR Composition and ECU boundary for Signals and Services (SOME/IP), providing software unit testing, resolving issues during internal software Integration or at vehicle breadboard, testing software function using virtual and physical hardware, and supporting vehicle launch.Hard Skills
BS in Electrical Engineer, Computer Science, or related Field
2+ years of C development experience
Understanding of embedded hardware and software design
Knowledge of control theory and algorithm design
Soft Skills
Ability to generate functional requirements
Change management
Problem-solving abilities
Testing and debugging skills
