Event Setup Team Member

Overview

We are seeking additional staff for the busy summer season at TC Tented Events. Event Setup team members participate in setting up and breaking down various events from weddings and graduation parties, to corporate events and festivals. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our team at each project and job location as well as organizing inventory as we bring it back to the shop. You will be the face of the organization as you go on-site to set up all types of events.

Duties

- Help setup and breakdown activities

- Be a contributing member to the team helping with Tents, Tables, Chairs, Dance Floors, Lights, Stages, Soft Seating & more!

- Ensure all event spaces are set up according to client specifications

- Loading & Unloading Trailers

- Warehouse work (organization, cleaning)

Qualifications

- Strong relationship skills

- Ability to work with a team

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
