Executive Recruiter (100% Remote)

Executive Recruiter Leadership Hiring Location: Farmington Hills, MI (open for remote for outside MI candidates).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer care area (sourcing, sales, recruitment, HR, marketing)
• Experience in sourcing (and networking with) Technology Executives within the IT Services/Management Consulting industry
• Search for a wide range of Executive Leadership talent (Account Management, Business Development, Business Consulting, Delivery Management, VP, Sales Directors, Regional Directors, Territory Advisors, and CIO Advisory professionals)
• Search for talents using several channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, internal database, etc.)
• Pre-screen and present appropriate candidates to the Recruiter
• Highly result-oriented
• Very good communication and presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills
• Self-initiative, proactive and enthusiastic person, with a sense of humour.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines, ability to react quickly
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve
• Good spoken and written English
