Experienced HVAC Technician

What We Need:

We’re on the hunt for a skilled HVAC Service Technician who knows their way around furnaces, air conditioners, and everything in between. You’ll be diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining systems for our awesome customers — while occasionally playing detective, therapist, and magician (because let’s face it, that’s the job sometimes).

What You’ll Do:

Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems

Perform maintenance that keeps things running smoother than a new condenser fan

Explain issues clearly (bonus points if customers actually understand you)

Keep your van, paperwork, and attitude in top shape

What You Bring:

3–5 years of HVAC field experience

EPA Certification (preferred but not required)

A valid driver’s license and a good driving record (we like our vans dent-free)

Strong troubleshooting skills and a sense of humor — because equipment fails at the worst times

A genuine desire to help people stay comfy year-round

What You Get:

$23–$28/hr (depending on experience)
