Our client, located in Allen Park, MI, is currently seeking 2 PC Technicians!
Job Duties: PC Tech will be performing or virtually assisting users over the phone and via screen share data migrations, pushing software and changing out desktops, laptops or workstations at client work site. PC tech should be comfortable to work onsite at the Plant environment in the current situation and need to follow the local and state COVID-19 guidelines. SkillsA basic understanding of Windows migrations and troubleshooting.Installing and configuring Dell Hardware.Knowledge about Apple Devices, IOS and experience with providing technical support for Apple Smartphone, IPad, PC or Mac.Install programs/software using SCCM based on specific needs of the user.Previous work experience with PC Deployments. Perform data migrations using various tools and accurately document the installation and or removal of equipmentThe ability to multi-task, punctual and flexibility with the work hours. PC tech should be comfortable to work onsite at ITHQ-C Building.
