• Resource with the necessary technical skill set to develop/code enhancements to Forefront Identity Manager (FIM\MIM). Changes include mail distribution groups cutover to Google, FIM to MIM upgrade. Support other projects (ie. PAM, AD tools, accounts reporting) with PowerShell scripting and APIs deployment.
• Manage, enhance and integrate US Forefront Identity Manager environment (FIM)
• Development of system code necessary to incorporate required changes into the US Forefront Identity Manager environment (FIM).
• Support decommission of FCMS mail & group provisioning, move to Google mail groups
• Support Perform scripting and task automation to support Identity & Access Management
• (I&AM) tools and directories.
• Provide necessary FIM enhancements
• PowerShell scripting to support FIM policies, task automation, reporting, query and reporting of metaverse and directories
• Involvement in design of required changes and enhancement in FIM
• FIM application and I&AM tools installation, configuration, management and enhancements
• Support operations team in issue resolution as required for FIM and I&AM tools
• Serve as a 3rd level support to operations for incidents and problem management
• Interact with infrastructure teams for the architecture & configuration of FIM and I&AM tools projects
• Work with product technical support to resolve issues
• Communicate with management and stakeholders on progress
