This position provides financial support to the statewide Behavioral and Physical Health and Aging Services Administration (BPHASA) by performing complex professional financial analyst assignments including but not limited to the evaluation and review of various managed care payments processed thru the Community Health Automated Medicaid Payment System (CHAMPS) to the Prepaid Inpatient Health Plans (PIHPs) and payments processed in the Electronic Grants Management System (E-GrAMS) to the Community Mental Health Service Programs (CMHSPs). Duties include research, analysis, and reconciliation of financial data in the Statewide Integrated Governmental Management Application (SIGMA), the BI-Query data warehouse, and the CHAMPS managed care payment reports.
