This position requires leadership and technical expertise in the field of NVH as related to foundation brake systems.Lead and oversee all brake system foundation brake Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) testing for electromechanical brake actuators (EMB) across North America, ensuring adherence to internal and external customer requirementsOrchestrate global coordination of foundation brake NVH testing and procedures, communicating effectively with both internal departments and external service providers to maintain consistency and excellence in testing, measurement, and analysis methodologies.Serve as the primary point of contact for global coordination of foundation brake NVH discussions, requirements, and procedures directly with internal and external customers.Facilitate and drive global coordination of foundation brake NVH topics with platform team NVH experts, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and problem-solving in brake system NVH development.Continuously monitor and analyze NVH testing results, providing comprehensive reports and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders to drive product improvements and maintain competitive advantage in the market.
