SNI Technology's client is seeking to hire multiple Full-Stack Software Development Engineers - Top Secret (TS) to join their team on a full-time, direct-hire basis. Please note this is a full-time, M-F, onsite position working out of the following locations below.

Location Options: Denver, CO, Ypsilanti, MI (Ann Arbor), Herndon, VA, Chantilly, VA, Melbourne, FL

Top Must Haves:
  • US Citizenship with a Current/Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • BS Degree or higher in Software Engineering or related discipline (STEM field)
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience developing front end and backend web applications.
  • Experience with any of the following: Java, C, Python, Vue, React, API's, Kafka or similar, Jenkins, Gitlab-CI

    Responsibilities:
    • Take algorithm definitions and prototypes and convert them into robust software applications that run efficiently on large images and are ready for operational environments.
    • Apply software standards and processes to produce high quality, extensible, and maintainable software packages.
    • Collaborating with our radar and research scientist experts to solve issues and iterate to improve image product quality.
    • Build and improve on automated test and verification software and tools.
    • Design robust software systems for integration of existing signal processing tools.
    • Debug, refactor and reimplement existing software codebases into new systems and on new platforms.
    • Participate in all aspects of the development lifecycle, including planning, requirements development, software design, implementation and build, documentation, testing, deployment and maintenance

    Minimum Requirements:
    • Must be a US citizen with a current TS/SCI clearance.
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering or related STEM field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience.
    • Experiences with any of the following: Java, C, Python, Vue, React, API's, Kafka or similar, Jenkins, Gitlab-CI
    • Experience developing containerized micro-services.
    • Experience Developing Front end Web applications
    • Experience Developing Backend services that use API's or a message bus to communicate.
    • Experience with software engineering tools (i.e., Git/Subversion, IDE).
    • Familiarity with the Agile development process and tools.
    • Familiarity with automated Testing.
    • Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Development pipelines (CI-CD Pipelines).
    • Ability to work in a geographically dispersed, collaborative team environment.

    Desired Additional Qualifications:
    • Experience with formal software development methodologies (Agile)
    • Experience writing software implementing algorithms
    • Experience implementing Design Patterns

    Compensation Range The compensation for this position is in the range of $125K annually + full benefits. Please note your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience - talk with your recruiter to learn more.
