- Provides subject matter expertise in evaluating existing HIV system tables/data to determine the data to migrate
- Provides support for any required transformations to reformat data from the HIV systems for use in Web application
- Coordinates system design, development, implementation, and troubleshooting activities as they relate to HIV/STI data
- Organizes discovery activities and interprets business needs related to HIV/STI data
- Serve as the liaison and Subject Matter Expert between the business and technical teams
- Ensure understanding of priorities, business needs, schedule, status, and deliverables amongst members of the business, program and technical teams
- Manage day-to-day communication and ensure rapid resolution of requests and questions from business users and technical teams
- Participate in sessions with business, program and technical teams to understand business needs, identify and design solutions, and develop use cases
- Assist in creation of formal documentation for Business, Functional and Technical requirements, Functional and Technical Design, and Use Cases
- Assist in development of formal Test Plans and test data in collaboration with the business, program and technical teams
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing sessions with Business Users
- Validate and test web application and reporting functions
- Identify UX/UI improvements, alternative workflows, and other enhancements and proactively communicate with application team and clients.
- Identify and initiate resolutions to user problems and concerns associated with web applications
- Works with testing resources to modify and improve solution components based on testing results
- Assist the team to solve complex and/or critical issues.
- Prepare written and visual materials for technical review meetings, approval sessions, and application demonstrations
- 5+ Years of Experience in the HIV/STI Business Area
- 5+ Years’ Experience with Business Analysis, Project Management or equivalent
- 5+ Years’ Experience with all phases of SDLC
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical study.
- 1+ Years Training Experience
- 1+ Years SQL Assistant Experience
- Experience working with business partners to proactively identify value add solutions
- Experience with Report Development
- Experience with Analytical Tools
