They would like to see some of the required skills below, but already have training and mentorship in place for this candidate.Desired technical and software skills include, but not limited to:• Software administration and configuration (they need to have some experience with Software Administration, but not a ton)• IT change management• IT incident response (troubleshooting systems and resolving issues)• Process automation (Python or other scripting tools)• ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise administration• Microsoft SQL Server• Basic understanding of geospatial data structure is desired
