Grounds and Maintenance Independent Contract Worker

Part-time summer assistance is needed. Join a small but friendly crew and help to maintain the grounds and trail system on a beautiful 160 acre property located in Chelsea, Michigan. Applicants should possess experience using: All basic gardening hand-tools, operating riding lawnmower, weed-whippers, trimmer, edger, pole and chain saws. Preferred applicants will possess tractor or earth-moving heavy machinery experience and or substantial gardening/horticultural experience. Applicants should be able to stand the rigors of extended manual labor and expect to be outdoors 99% of the time. Job duties will be performed 90% independently / 10% teamwork.
