Handyman / Contractor Needed

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Handyman or Small Contractor to support renovation and maintenance work at our Bloomfield Hills, MI properties. The ideal candidate has broad hands-on experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and a professional, reliable work style.

About the Role

You will handle renovation projects, routine repairs, and turnover work for residential units. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, meeting deadlines, and delivering quality workmanship.

Job Requirements

We are looking for either:

A versatile handyman with strong all-around skills (flooring, painting, carpentry, drywall, minor plumbing and electrical), or

A small contractor who can perform renovations and repairs on a cost-effective, timely basis.

Qualifications

5+ years of residential maintenance or construction experience

Strong working knowledge of all major trades: carpentry, masonry, concrete, tiling, drywall, painting, light plumbing, and electrical

Neat, professional appearance and excellent work ethic

Valid ID and driver’s license

Reliable transportation and have own tools

Responsibilities:

Inspect units and provide clear, accurate renovation estimates

Complete renovations on vacated homes to prepare them for rent

Perform general maintenance, repairs, and all related handyman tasks

Ensure work meets quality standards and timelines
