Moon Custom Painting is a rapidly growing leader in the Greater Kalamazoo area, and we're looking for professional, experienced painting subcontractor crews (minimum 2 painters) to partner with. We specialize in high-quality residential interior and exterior repaints, may include demanding projects like 3-story exteriors, and new construction/remodel work.

You'll know exactly what you'll earn for each project – no surprises. Our target compensation for skilled crews is $300 - $400 per man, per day, based on efficiency.

- True Partnership & Support: Focus on what you do best – painting! We handle all the heavy lifting: marketing, sales, estimating, scheduling, detailed paint orders, and the majority of client communication. We even provide all paint and primers for our projects, saving you time and cost.

We're Seeking Subcontractor Crews Who:

- Bring 2+ Experienced Painters: Capable of efficient and high-quality work.

- Excel in Interior & Exterior Repaints: With a strong portfolio of finished work.

- Possess Advanced Spray Experience: Demonstrable skill with spray application for both interiors and exteriors.

- Are Proficient with Challenging Exteriors: Comfortable and experienced working on multi-story (e.g., 2 and 3-story) residential exteriors, utilizing proper safety protocols and equipment (your own tools and reliable transportation required).

- Prioritize Quality & Client Satisfaction: A strong commitment to a flawless finish and a respectful presence on client properties.

- Operate Professionally: Possess valid General Liability Insurance (required), Workers' Compensation Insurance (if applicable), and reliable, unlettered transportation.

- Are Highly Communicative & Organized: Comfortable with brief end-of-day updates (text) and simple project close-out paperwork (5 minutes or less).

- Start and Finish on Time: Respecting project timelines and client schedules.
