Provides human resources expertise and services and participates in the continuous improvement of human resource processes. Facilitates organizational development and changes that support key business objectives.Recruiting – Administrative tasks (creating jjob folders, setting up interviews, onboarding prep, etc.) General HR Office Duties – Filing, Creating personnel files,etc. Employee Engagement – Scheduling activities, Updating bulletin boards and TV monitorsQualifications: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree (BA) in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience which has provided both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field Must be a Junior or Senior level within degree.
