Description We are in search of a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in the healthcare and social assistance industry, located at KALAMAZOO, Michigan. As an HR Manager, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities from managing employee records to ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Oversee the administration of employee benefits. Implement HR policies effectively. Ensure the accuracy and validation of data management. Maintain and manage the Human Resources Information System, specifically ADP. Handle communication with senior leadership and executives efficiently. Manage and update employee handbooks as necessary. Carry out compliance audits to ensure adherence to regulations. Oversee the hiring processes including recruiting and training. Foster positive employee relations and resolve any related issues. Utilize skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, and HCM for effective HR management.
