IAM Analyst

Job Description:
  • Must have hands-on experience in RSA IGL (Identity Governance and Life Cycle) system
  • Prefer hands-on experience in administering IAM infrastructure.
  • Experience in managing RSA IGL-hosted infrastructure is desirable
  • Experience in generating IAM Reports using RSA IGL, Oracle, SQL, and PowerShell scripts
  • Hands-on experience with Identity and access management best practices and procedures. e.g., Identity management, user onboarding, User Access Reviews, terminations, etc.
  • Knowledge of active directory user management
  • Privileged account management and experience in CyberArk are desirable

Qualifications & Work Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years (over degree requirements) of progressively responsible experience in compliance (such as NERC or SOC2), RBAC identity and access management, privileged account management

Technical Skills Needed
  • RSA IGL technical experience Active Directory CyberArk - Privileged account management Oracle / MS SQL Power Shell
  • MS Office Suite

Education
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required
