As an immunoassay scientist you will conduct experiments and testing utilizing ELISA and lateral flow based diagnostic products. The experiments may include tests for validation as per protocol. Laboratory work may include 96-well assay (ELISA) and lateral flow (RIM) tests, as well as automated and workstation screening equipment (e.g. plate readers, washers, etc.). Outstanding laboratory safety awareness, rigid aseptic technique, attention to details and notebook documentation / records is a prerequisite.You will participate in several cross-functional diagnostics projects/studies and accurately record study results. Communicate the results to a cross functional audience in written format. As such, you will stay current on new and competitive products and techniques. Good interpersonal, as well as oral and written communication skills are required.Self-motivation, ability to work independently, outstanding problem solving skills, and strong teamwork skills are therefore essential to be successful in this role.RESPONSIBILITIES:·       Assists with the development and validation of immunoassays, including lateral flow and ELISA·       Maintains accurate documentation of experiments·       Preparation and sharing of data from studies·       Delivers on project timelines·       Familiar with statistical methods to analyze data
