Help communities by preforming A energy Inspection for SEMCO ENERGY customers. It’s a no-cost service designed to reduce energy usage and lower utility bills.

Position Title: Technician

Responsibilities:

Most of our work sites are along the I94 Corridor between Hall Rd and Port Huron. So ideally you would reside north of Detroit.

As an Energy Auditor, you will conduct in-person walk-throughs to provide professional advice and energy efficiency recommendations for:

Duct leakage

Air leakage (windows, doors)

Simple Furnace Inspections

Hot Water Heaters

Additionally, you may install energy-saving products at no cost to customers, including:

Faucet aerators

Efficient-flow shower heads

HwH pipe insulation

Benefits to Homeowners: The program is free of charge, state-mandated, and greatly appreciated by homeowner

Requirements:

Qualities: Reliable, honest, and self-motivated individuals with their owntransportation.

Availability: This a full time position with flexible hours

No experience is necessary, training and certification provided

.Background and drug screen required.

Earnings: $750-$1200 per week
