Position Description:The Incident Management Analyst position is part of the Incident Management team whose main job is to provide direction and support to technical and application teams during and after incidentsHe/she is responsible for ensuring clear and timely communication by following Incident process best practices and standard process Specifically, this position will:Lead high/critical incidents and ensure that incidents are resolved in a timely mannerKeep IT management informed of incidents and status through the IT Advisory processDrive to Root Cause after the end of an incidentReview and manage open incident advisories
Experience Required:Basic understanding of Mainframes, databases, networks, servers, client infrastructure, security, and applicationsHigh-level understanding of IT Infrastructure designs and operational processesAbility to communicate effectively (verbally and written), with business users and managementEmotional Resilience & continuous improvement philosophy and practiceSelf-starter.
