What you will do:

• Recruit qualified Engineering professionals for our clients in various industries & geographies.
• Play an active role in sourcing and establishing, developing, and engaging with talent pipelines using creative and structured approaches.
• Formulate recruiting strategies by translating technical requirements into sourcing strategies/plans and executing against those plans.
• Lead by example in meeting and exceeding set metrics and goals.

• At least 5 years of experience in the IT recruiting & staffing industry.
• Hands on experience working on engineering roles
• Broad understanding of all industries and domains, specific experience placing candidates in engineering, and professional roles.
• Demonstrated knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) as well as proven track record of successful placements, proven ability to source candidates, especially via the use of internet job boards, social networking, employee referral programs and cold calling.
• Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across the company.
