• The IIB Developer must have solid experience in IIB/ESB platforms.
• They must have demonstrated experience working in multi-disciplinary design teams, Agile and/or XP development environments and have the capability to design and develop artifacts for the IIB/ESB platform.
• They should have experience in connectivity and utilization of various platforms and transformation capabilities of the IIB/ESB.
• The IIB Developer will leverage their deep experience in software engineering to ensure that deliverables meet ongoing performance and maintenance requirements.

• Design and develop interfaces and services for consumption and publishing for the landscape via ESB.
• Develop Critical frameworks and perform proof-of-concepts in the integration platform.
• Work within an Agile development environment
• Influence expert judgement and technical savviness when designing solutions.
• Responsible for integrating existing applications, web services, databases, and business process management systems in order to build advanced Enterprise Service Bus solutions.
