Minimum Requirements Broad IT domain experience in three or more of the following IT areas: Applications Development, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Vendor Management, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure, Maintenance & Support Knowledge of software development and architectural concepts, principles, and tools relevant the development of applications, organizational structure, and so forth Demonstrates ability to communicate in both verbal and written communication Demonstrates analytical skills Excellent problem-solving skills Knowledge of Agile software and project management methodologies- Associates or BA/BS degree, 5+ years of work experience
Job Summary:- Hiring a technical BA to lead and document requirements for multiple applications.
- Individual must be a self-starter that can transpose business requirements into technical requirements to be handed off to the developers.
Essential Job Functions: Elicits and clearly defines and documents client’s needs and associated requirements (Use Cases, Functional, Non-Functional, Configuration, and Alert Requirements) Defines appropriate acceptance criteria for user stories Create, maintain, and enforce standards/procedures for documenting requirements and use cases Analyzes a variety of work processes and the associated documentation and information flow Lead design changes in the form of comps/mock-ups, sequence diagrams, or dataflows for review by business client Facilitate meetings including design review, requirements gathering, resourcing, etc. Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands Performs sprint planning tasks within JIRA including story writing and ticket creation Ensures tickets/stories meet the definition of done for deployment Manages ongoing relationship with business partner to drive satisfaction Coordinates project delivery by participating in design reviews Communicates with various stakeholders and teams to drive excellence Work with technical leads to enhance system design and interdependencies Engages with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems Engages with team leaders to enhance accessibility, performance, and design best practices Process JIRA tickets for application portfolio Can perform manual quality assurance for troubleshooting activities, as needed
