We are a reputable and growing asphalt paving company specializing in high-quality residential driveways and commercial parking lots. We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to expand our customer base and drive sales in Flint Michigan and surrounding areas

Responsibilities:

Canvass assigned residential and commercial areas to generate leads and identify potential customers for asphalt paving services.

Present our company's services and product offerings to homeowners and business owners in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.

Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.

Provide accurate and informative quotes based on property assessments.

Effectively address customer questions and concerns.

Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to close sales.

Meet and exceed sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends.

Represent Armored Asphalt professionally and ethically at all times.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in a door-to-door or outside sales role (experience in home improvement or construction services is a plus).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-driven.

Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.

Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.

Compensation and Benefits:
