Job Title: Journeyman ElectricianJob DescriptionThe Journeyman Electrician will be constructing and servicing Residential, Multi-Family, and Commercial projects. Responsibilities include performing Low to Medium Voltage change outs and installs, and working with Single to Three Phase Electrical. This role requires collecting a van, tools, and materials from the office for daily jobs as scheduled by management. Journeyman Electrician w/ State of Michigan

Reliable Transportation

Install, Build Out, Diagnose Issues (Troubleshoot)

Medium Voltage to Low Voltage

Understanding of Residential Code

Experience w/ Upgrades or Additions

Adding Circuits, Grounding Circuits, 3 Phase to Single Phase

120v to 480v

Basic Knowledge of Conduit Bending (1/4 to 1 inch)

PVC and Underground Electrical

Comfortable w/ being on-call

Soft Skills

Customer Service - Ability to Communicate w/ Customers

Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Grand Rapids, Michigan.Work EnvironmentResidential, Multi-Family, and Commercial New Construction projects. Could be working independently or in groups depending on the project size. Working in outdoor or indoor environments. Training Apprentices. Shift: 1st (7:30am - 5pm) with occasional night shifts. Expected to work 40 - 50 hours a week. PPE Candidate Provides: Boots (Steel Toed Boots not required).
