About the ProgramBosch's HR Junior Management Trainee Program is a high-visibility, accelerated rotational development program (RDP) designed to build the next generation of HR leaders. The selected trainee will rotate through core HR functions focusing on topics related to Talent Management, HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Learning & Organizational Development — gaining the breadth of experience and strategic exposure needed to move into people-leadership roles.
