Label Press Assistant

FULL-TIME

$12.62/hr

Responsible for the efficient set-up, operation, and maintenance of multicolor flexographic printing press to produce high quality printed components for the pharmaceutical packaging industry.

- Conducts make-ready by installing anilox rollers, plates, inks, and dies into the proper stations, making the necessary adjustments for optimal print quality.

- Ensures all materials meet the requirements of customer specifications.

- Uses good ink management to ensure the color match is met and maintained throughout the run.

- Follows established standard operating procedures.

- Conducts Line Clearance.

- Pulls QC retains for approval.

- Completes all required documentation.

- Responsible for material handling and product segregation.

- Performs preventative maintenance and housekeeping of work stations.

Shift start: 3:00PM or 11:00PM Shift length: 8 hours Monday - Friday, occasional weekends required
