Lathe / CNC Machinist / General Tool Room

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

Location: Port Huron, MI

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

We are willing to train the right candidate with metal machining experience and a positive, coachable attitude.

Manual or CNC lathe/mill work or tool room experience preferred

Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately

Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail

Positive attitude, reliable, and eager to learn

Able to work independently and in a team

Punctual and good attendance

Must be coachable

Experience working within a quality management system is a bonus

What You’ll Do:

Operate manual and CNC lathes

Set up jobs and monitor machining processes

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, plug gauges, etc.)

Maintain clean workstations and perform routine machine maintenance

Work on short-run and precision parts (not high-volume production)

Contribute to a problem-solving and team-oriented environment
