As the COE Leader Export Control, Customs and Foreign Trade your key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Establishing and leading a team of highly skilled experts in Export Control, US-Reexport, Customs classifications and business partner screeningCollaborating with stakeholders in the functional and business areas and with the global COE organization.Lead, mentor, and support Export Control and Tariff Code Specialists in a global environment.Steer workload to meet quality and performance KPI’s.Manage team performance, coaching, and career planning. Oversee budget planning and resource needs.Drive team development through strategic growth initiatives.
